Cinnamon Apple Nachos

Thinly sliced apples topped with a creamy nut butter drizzle, dairy-free yogurt, white chocolate chips, and Cinnamon Roll Kids MacroBar® pieces for an easy, no-bake snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup dairy-free vanilla yogurt, unsweetened
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon, plus more for dusting
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp creamy nut butter of choice
  • ½ tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp mini dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 1 Cinnamon Roll Kids MacroBar®, torn into small pieces

Directions

  1. Arrange apple slices in a single layer on a plate. 
  2. In a small heat-proof bowl, microwave the dairy-free yogurt until slightly runny, up to 30 seconds. Stir in cinnamon and maple syrup to taste until smooth.
  3. In a separate heat-proof bowl, combine nut butter and coconut oil. Microwave for 15–30 seconds, until warm and pourable.
  4. Drizzle yogurt and nut butter mixtures over apple slices. Top with white chocolate chips and MacroBar pieces.
  5. Dust with ground cinnamon, serve, and enjoy!
